If Boggs was born in 1946, why does Wikipedia categorize him with "1944 births"?

I believe he was originally born in 1944, then died, then came back to life via a secondary birth in 1946. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.236.121.35 (talk) 04:24, 24 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
