I'm sorry, but after a review, I've found that this article isn't quite ready for GA. Some of the good article criteria is satisfied here (neutral POV, no original research, stable), but much of it is not. Including...
- It it not broad in its coverage. A GA doesn't have to be comprehensive like a FA, but it does have to address at least the main aspects of the topic. See Wikipedia:WikiProject Films/Style guidelines for the criteria with films. This article should include detailed and well-written sections about the background (what Bionicle is, how the film started), writing, development, pre-production, filming, post-production. Right now, the "Production" section is basically just a hodge-podge of a little detail on all these things, but it desperately needs to be expanded.
- Compliance with image policy concerns. The two photos used in the plot summary don't really pass WP:NFCC. First of all, the non-free use rationale is weak. More importantly, it fails WP:NFCC #8, because the removal of hte picture would not significantly decrease readers' understanding of the topic, and NP:NFCC #1, which says there must be no free equivalent (this can be described in text, and other pics in the article already illustrate some of this info)...
- Reliable, verifiable sources. Some of these links are no good ([1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]) and others are of questionable reliability (animationmagazine.net? absolutewritecom?). The latter complaint might not necessarily be a hold-up for GAN by itself, but the article should be strengthened with more reliable sources. Notably, none of the special features from the [http://www.amazon.com/Bionicle-Mask-Light-Jason-Michas/dp/B00008WFHG DVD disc] are used as sources. There is lots of good stuff there, like the behind-the-scenes feature, director's commentary, storyboard comparisons, character documentary, etc. etc. Exploring some of these sources would also lead the article to be expanded and cover the more broad aspects of the subject (as I stated was needed above).
- The plot section is way too long for a 70 minute film. WP:FILMPLOT states a plot summary should be between 400 and 700 words, and this one is over 1,000. Some of it is too play-by-play ("He throws the mask to Jaller and tries to use a lavaboard to cross the lava, but only got halfway.") and some of it is too detailed about the fictional universe elements. I see there has already been some discussion at the talk page and tightened attempts, but much more needs to be done. I'd suggest after you rework this article, you ask for a peer review and see if you can get some advice on how to shorten it there. That might also take care of some of the other minor prose issues...
Sorry to do this, I hate to fail any article, but this one simply isn't ready. Please don't be discouraged by this review, and instead try to see it as constructive criticism that will hopefully lead to a stronger article. I hope to see this back at GAN some day if the issues are addressed. Good luck!
