Quick Comment
Hey there, anyone that's reading this. I've been adding a few things here and there to this Wikipedia entry (mostly the manga entries and the Japanese titles for the episode guide) and do have a couple things I do want to say/ask before I go further:
-First of all, I am sorry for putting up that Bo-bobo/One Piece thing before. I actually thought that it was real and thus thought it was worthy for the entry.
-Second, I am thinking of a couple quick little things here. Well one isn't too little: with all the weird side characters and such, I was sort of thinking we could have a page that briefly intros as many as possible, with maybe a direction to the main page for those on the "Main character" page...(though looking on the Japanese Wiki page, they do include a lot of them already) I was also thinking of adding Gunkan and Serviceman to the "main characters" page, but I'm not sure if their important enough...well Serviceman is a recurring character, but I do want to make sure before I add him.
That's all I have to say for now.

Manga Chapter List
I do not see any purpose for the massive list of chapters that are in the Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo manga. No other anime articles include such a section. Ryulong 05:37, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
- Understood. I put it up since I recalled another anime/manga article that had a manga section, but I have now taken it down...unless someone wants to put up a manga guide, their choice.
Actually, One Piece haf it's own manga chapter article.
The image on the front page...
...is rather pixelated. Could somebody please do something about it/get a new image? - Brittany
Manga Chapters
There used to be a list of all the manga chapters here, but it seems like it was taken down...judging from earlier posts in the discussion it was taken away for being too long. Wouldn't it be possible to just put it on a separate article if that's the case? I mean, the anime episodes were put into a separate section.
Pictures
What ever happen to the pictures?
Okay, who removed the Story section?
As nonsensical as it is, this show still has a backstory. I want it to be brought back. Please?
- I made a plot summary page if that helps. You could edit it. Kid Sonic
Super Bobobo
Super Bobobo isn't even mentioned in the characters...
- Super Bo-bobo is merely Bo-bobo wearing a jacket. Maybe we'll put him up in the "Transformation/Fusion" section. StrangerAtaru
Fusion Section
I've noticed that the top page is getting a bit crowded with information, so I'm starting to think of cutting it down a bit so we can stick with the primary information of the series on the main page. So I'm starting a new page for fusions (not transformations, since I'm not too sure where to put some of them since they're so minor), thinking that maybe we can do a quick comment on Bo-bobo's fusions on the main page, and then have a seperate page with the information provided, maybe even a bit further in depth with some of them.StrangerAtaru
Cleanup
For starters, I'm tired of having to reformat the character section to conform to the format guidelines established by WP:Anime. Also, there appears to be a lot of cruft that should be remove, attack names, fusions and transformations, weapons, etc. Some sections can also be merged and all of the subarticle links should be moved under See also instead of their currently empty subsection. --TheFarix (Talk) 00:40, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
- OK, I already created a "Fusions" section for the site, so that's covered (outside a tiny intro on the site). Not too sure what to do with the "Transformations", since most (outside some like Ikarin Patch and Baby Gasser) are either jokes or don't really matter. But I think there should at least be one paragraph either here or in the main information about the many fusions and transformations that occur. I also agree we need to get rid of the attack names, both on the character pages here and in the "Villains" section. (however, I am contemplating doing a "Shinken" guide) StrangerAtaru 13:32, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
Viz sitting on the manga...
I spoke with a Viz representative at an anime convention and she told me that even though Bobobo is a very popular property and the one manga volume they released did very well, they have no plans to release any more of the series.
Kanpyofan 04:45, 7 August 2006 (UTC)*At Comic-con, Bobobo was in Shonen Jump Advanced, (even if it was just viz's release) but why would they put it in Shonen Jump Advanced and list it as one of the manga in it if they don't want to continue it? Perhaps they changed their minds?Kanpyofan 04:45, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
Gaoh and everything after
OK, I'm thinking that for spoiler matters and such (due to some of the characters and things that happen to them), we should make a seperate section for Shinsetsu Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. I see the intent for someone trying to add a little on the main and Villain page (particularly with the koala Gaoh added to the list of main characters), but I just think that for those that don't want to know too much after the first part may not want to see him or any other new characters or scenarios. SPAM ALERT!
Wow, someone really spammed up the main characters section. They also copied my Aidan and his "fist of bacon" idea.
List of Techniques in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo
I merged in the content from List of Techniques in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, this is not notable enough for its own article. --Xyzzyplugh 14:14, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
Transformations Comment
I just want to say this once: after all we went through regarding the transformations before (fusions too, but they have their own section), I'm trying to basically keep that section as an introduction to transformations. Regarding the examples: I want to keep them only with common transformations seen in the series (thus why we only see stuff like "Baby Gasser" and "DON Patch". Most of the many, many transformations in this series usually have little or no bearing to the whole scheme of things...and that's why I got rid of them. (can't say the same for Shinsetsu TF since I want to keep Shinsetsu stuff in that section) Sure I wouldn't mind either a seperate transformation section or something in the fusion section that goes in depth into the more common TF as well as some others less seen but crucial ones (like Bo-bobo Double Twin Mark II 2nd...aka "Bo-bobo of a Parallel Universe, Sort of Like His Alter Ego, maybe the Shinsetsu ones as well could go here). But for the moment, I want to stick with the basics. --StrangerAtaru 15:49, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
Chapters 179-195
Can somebody PLEASE give some detailed summaries of these chapters! I have seen episodes 74,75, and 76 in the spanish dub not to long ago, and I am very eager to see how the rest of the reverse maruhage arc goes. Any help would be very much appreciated!
Dub Opening Mistakes on Page
Just want to say that there are mistakes with both of the Dub opening "Videos" linked to on the page. The first Dub Opening listed is in fact, NOT the Dub opening. There were notable differences made to the opening for the dub, with the Punching Bobobo Logo replaced by an upside-down BoBoBo that turns around, revealing the name of the show printed with an english logo, no Japanese credits, and Don Patch and Jelly Jiggler do not "wiggle" at the end. This video linked to here, is simply the Japanese opning again. Also, the "Unnamed ending" that was put up has a video that does not even work, as Youtube lists it as having a malformed tag or something.
Run-On gags
Shouldn't Run-On gags be Running gags? - Debuskjt 19:25, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
Non-Sequiturs
I saw someone put up a list of non-sequiters up yesterday, but I really don't see what it has to do with Bo-bobo. Personally, I see this similar to the old "Running Gags" list, which I had to delete and change to an actual article after seeing it become too long and doing nothing to further enhance the article other than make it a completely unrelated list. -StrangerAtaru 14:19, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
Surely these aren't non sequiturs if they are at the start of the programme, and don't follow on from anything? (Non sequitur is from the Latin for "it does not follow".) --McGeddon 11:11, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
Plot/Synopsis Article
Any chance of there being a "plot" section up? You know, that basically explains the events of the show/manga, possibly separated by arcs? A bunch of other manga (One Piece, Naruto, Hunter X Hunter and others) do have these, so I'm wondering if we could put it up for Bo-BoBo. Yeah, I know it's very random, but there is a plot to it and actual story arcs, so I'm wondering if making an article that gives a synopsis of the events would be a good idea.
- I think we tried this once with a section listing what happens in the series, but it became rather trivial at some points and the Wiki people got rid of it. To tell the truth, Sawai really doesn't start doing over-arching plot arcs until the Former Maruhage arc, since most of the arcs prior (except the beginning, when its mostly Bo-bobo and Don Patch do weird stuff, freak Beauty out..and oh yeah, fight Hair Hunters) have a consistant structure of "finding out about an enemy, defeating subordiates and then beating the big boss". But I guess we can see what we can do. -StrangerAtaru 19:04, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

DVDs and Names
Added information (and a link, not to mention actually putting a reference section in there) about the recently-announced DVDs. But I have another question...
Jelly Jiggler was Tennosuke in the Japanese version, and Gasser was Heppokomaru. This article is a bit inconsistent with which one it calls them; it'll sometimes use the Japanese names and sometimes the English versions. Which would should we be using? I personally think we should generally use the English versions, but if referring to something only in Japan (i.e. the Japanese voice list) we should use the Japanese names. What do you think?
- We ought to use English names. WhisperToMe 01:56, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
YouTube links
This article is one of thousands on Wikipedia that have a link to YouTube in it. Based on the External links policy, most of these should probably be removed. I'm putting this message here, on this talk page, to request the regular editors take a look at the link and make sure it doesn't violate policy. In short: 1. 99% of the time YouTube should not be used as a source. 2. We must not link to material that violates someones copyright. If you are not sure if the link on this article should be removed or you would like to help spread this message contact us on this page. Thanks, ---J.S (t|c) 05:21, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
Locations
I think that the locations section is cluttering up the main page and must be kept to the Maruhage Empire entry. -StrangerAtaru 03:10, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
"After Cancellation"
The Plot of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo section will be covering everything, from the beginning through the Bi-bibi fight, so we don't need an "after cancellation" section. -StrangerAtaru 00:24, 25 January 2007 (UTC)

Character Templates are only for characters with their own articles. --Kid Sonic 02:11, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
Show me the LAIN references.
The first paragraph of the "Parodies" section says that Bobobo references Lain... what episode was that? I don't seem to remember that parody, and I've watched both Bobobo... and about half of Lain. KirbyMeister 00:58, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
Me again. Someone added in that it parodies Inuyasha and Wolf's Rain, which again, I've watched most of dub Bobobo (Hey, it's still pretty funny), and I've watched all of Lain. I do not know how, when, and where Bobobo parodies Lain, Inuyasha, or Wolf's Rain. Was it in the manga? Stop adding things to the 'what it parodies' sentences unless you have _references_. Please. Character trivia sections
Why no trivia section for each characters with their own articles!? Other character have them: 1234 --Kid Sonic 23:33, 23 May 2007 (UTC)

Shinsetsu Merger
Someone's noded the "Shinsetsu" page and wants to merge it. Personally I really don't think we should do that: the plot does slightly continue between the two series but its got two slightly different situation even if the plot is similar. Discuss. -StrangerAtaru 17:42, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
- That would be me. As it is right now, the Shinsetsu page is just a plot summary and a character list. Not enough real-world content to contistute a separate page. If its not expanded, it needs to be merge. Jonny2x4 01:24, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
Gintama parody?
While I was on the internet,I found the cover for the jump gag issue 2005(the one with the dbz parody)and I noticed something on the cover,on the bottom right side,I found what looked like Gintama volume 1,only with bobobo.Should we put this in the parody section?
