The first image in black and white in the "History" section, expresses the year of the image having been taken in 1880 even though the image information on the image itself states that it was between 1880-1890. However, according to the Digital Museum in Norway, this image was taken between 1900-1930. In 1931, tall radio antennas were built there, so that would follow. This linked image appears to be cropped a bit from the one in the current article, but the position from where the shot was taken, the layout, the boats shown and their positions are exact. Also, the current article image shows a date placed on it of 1967, so it appears that was it a reproduction of the original. The image in the link shows image cracks/tears, a less refined looking photo, while the one in the article with a date of 1967, shows a decent quality black and white image with more brightness and sharpness. I don't want to make changes as the source I provided may be incorrect, but it's nearly exact outside of the cropping and appears to be the original shot with the dates noted in the link. [1]

Updated photos for Bodø?

[edit]

The newest pictures of Bodø that I know of that exist on Wikimedia Commons are from 2005/2006. Since then the city has undergone a significant amount of change, specifically the city skyline. It would be great if anyone uploaded new photos to Wikimedia Commons that show what the city skyline looks like as of now (December 23, 2020 at the time of writing this).
