While engaging in a minor re-write of the Brooks_Brothers#Founding section I began to read through the cited sources, and it seems much of the paragraph is in clear WP:OR territory. For example, the text source cited only includes a one-line mention of Brooks Brothers, and the Atlanta Black Star article likewise only includes a two sentence paragraph about Brooks Brothers; much of what is written in the subheading is not found in either source. This section of the article should include reference to the 2020 closing of the 3 Brooks Brothers factories in the USA (in NC, MA and NY) and the layoff of almost 1,000 employees at same. There are many articles about this online, some reference WARN notices too. I don't know how to create footnotes here thus am unable to do this myself. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.131.164.163 (talk) 14:21, 6 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
