I have to laugh. This article provides interesting and specialized information or some very rare firearms and it is criticized. Well, I have searched the internet and have found only one external source with information on the same firearms. Only one, and it is not an academic publication so it likely would not be considered to be an acceptable reference. Please folks, if you have never owned a Browning BDM (or variant), or at least seriously examined one in your own hands, including disassembling one, DO NOT edit this article with your confusion about it being a mere variation of the P-35 Hi-Power, or that the BDM (or variants) was ever available in .40 S&W caliber, as this is totally WRONG! 204.58.248.33 (talk) 01:40, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
