As far as I remember the McCarthy translation was of the latter work, not the former. I may be wrong, but either way, the article need to clarify which "this work" is being referred to.

Rumour says (by way of [[1]]) that the 'Poo bum dicky wee wee' line was added by members of the Office of Prime Minister and Cabinet (PMC) in Australia. I'll leave it to someone else to delete.
