Talk:Buffy (dog)
Do we need this?
[edit]Do we really need an article about someone's dog? I see no importance of this dog other that being owned by dictator Putin. Does it gives importance to the dog? I don't think so... 04:56, 16 December 2011 (UTC)
- There are well developed article on Hitler's dog Blondi, Reagan's dog Rex_(dog) etc, so it seems the consensus seems to be "yes, dogs of heads of state are in". Billlion (talk) 15:55, 14 October 2014 (UTC)
Buffy v. Bafi
[edit]The transliteration of the Bulgarian word "Бъфи" should be 'Bafi' according to the transliteration rules adopted officially in Bulgaria with a Regulation. Names are usually not translated/transcribed, except for names, such as Jack the Ripper, etc. Xakepxakep (talk) 02:09, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
