Copyvio?

I'm always now quite concerned when appearing to add photos or infoboxes to Unsourced stubs. Like this article here, they tend to show POV, have Peacock words, and seem more promotional than informational or educational. I used to put a lot of work into wikifying stubs like this as well, reword things... but I don't anymore b/c I don't ever know if the whole thing is just plagiarized!--Leahtwosaints (talk) 06:11, 24 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Confused

Um, if her father is a Texan and her mother is a Texan, doesn't that make her a Texan instead of Mexican-American? Or are there any implications of Mendel's law that I don't understand? And, considering the history of the state Texas, what's the difference anyway? I am not confused.

Changed A Prairie Home Companion appearance date from 2008 to 2007

According to the Prairie Home Companion Website, she appeared May 19, 2007^[1] (I just listened to it). Her introduction and 2 of her songs from that show were rebroadcast as part of the May 17, 2008 show^[2] . Couldn' git my real name (talk) 00:52, 3 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
