Template:Advert does not mean summarily blank half of the article as User:The Blade of the Northern Lights seems to have, rather you should rewrite the content in a more neutral way. — Preceding unsigned comment added by NPrice (talkcontribs) 13:57, 22 February 2011 (UTC) [reply]

Fix Advert?

[edit]

I only wanted to have a page for the Rink, even if I did advertise, maybe not intentionally but as long as my work does not become deleted I'm fine. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mrhockey1996 (talkcontribs) 02:25, 26 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Rink or Arena?

[edit]

I've been seeing many sources, including the state fair website, start referring to this as Centre Ice Arena rather than Centre Ice Rink. There has yet to be any official announcement of a name change as far as I'm aware, so I'm not sure whether a page move is warranted just yet. Thoughts? @Sparkyb10123: I don't think even the venue itself knows what it is called, it uses "Arena" in the title and "Rink" most everywhere else (with some random interchanging "The Centre Ice Arena at the Delaware State Fair..." "STAFF & CONTACT INFORMATION Centre Ice Rink:", etc). But based on a G-News search, I would say "rink" is the more WP:COMMONNAME and Centre Ice Arena a perfectly suitable redirect here. The new first line should then read "The Centre Ice Rink (or Centre Ice Arena) is...". Yosemiter (talk) 19:49, 3 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
