- The grandstand seats were replaced in the renovation. A small section of the original Seals Stadium seats are still in use near a statue of original stadium builder Ben Cheney sitting in his reserved seat.
- The right edge summary box incorrectly lists Pierce County as owner of the stadium. The City of Tacoma and Pierce County jointly funded the original construction and maintained joint ownership until the 2009 renovation. The city bought out the county's ownership and paid for the renovation itself with lease revenue (as the article notes) along with $5 million in construction funds from the State of Washington.
