Reasoning for assessment: I believe this article is sufficiently referenced and organized to meet all aspects of the B-class criteria. Importance is a highly subjective measure, but given the alumni and unique history I would place this article as solidly Mid-importance. In order to reach GA-status the article may need a more thorough evaluation of prose/copyedit and possibly expansion of Extra-curricular programs to include information about clubs/activities. I would replace "The same article noted" with "According to an article in the Chicago Daily Tribune". Images would be also nice, but they are not required. Additional steps include asking for a Wikipedia:Peer review and examination of the Wikipedia:Good article criteria. Best, --Jh12 (talk) 08:26, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have been trying my best to slug it through the information that is available on this school. This is a school with an incredible history, and a few notable alumni. I hope that some editor with knowledge of this school, and knows where to find better resources, can help out. I think this school has an important story to tell. You've done some nice work so far. If you live in Chicago, you can access the Chicago Tribune archives through the Chicago Public Library's website. [1]. I might pitch in on this article sometie soon. Zagalejo^^^04:57, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I have no connection to the school, and only knew that it was "Dick Butkus' school". I'm not even sure why I stopped here and started doing any work. I just found the history of the school to be more intriguing than I thought. LonelyBeacon (talk) 12:37, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
