Club in Denmark
[edit]The text states that Iwelumo played a few years in aarhus Fremad - I believe this to be correct. However, the "info-box" states that he was with AGF Aarhus. These are two clubs and indeed fierce rivals, so both cannot be correct. I am sure it was with Fremad Iwelumo plied his trade, and I will correct the page when I have ascertained this. Others, who are certain, are of course also welcome to do this! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 212.93.55.39 (talk) 15:39, 8 March 2007 (UTC).
Ethnicity
[edit]Include his ethnicity. Nigerian father, Scottish mother. Is of interest for the curious. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/scotland/article4870258.ece
Yes, and is he the first black footballer to play for Scotland? Millbanks (talk) 15:52, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
No he's beaten by Quashie Spiderone (talk) 11:02, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
and there was another guy in 1981 or something, so i think he's the third, since it says on quashie's page that he's the second.(UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.0.117.191 (talk)
Promising performance?
[edit]In the international section it states: "He came on as a 57th minute substitute in that game to make his debut, his positive performance otherwise overshadowed by his open goal miss from three yards, in a match that finished 0–0" The bbc article it uses as a reference at no point describes his performance as promising or even vaguely complementary. I think someone who can (its semi-protected) should change this. Personally I thought he was utterly dire even besides "that miss". —Preceding unsigned comment added by Auspex 88 (talk • contribs) 15:33, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
- i agree. this site is supposed to be neutral, but this could be seen as biased. he missed not one, but two, chances at scoring (maybe more, but two sticks out atm), and as a supposed striker, this is not a positive performance. 194.221.133.211 (talk) 15:09, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
