Commission or Court?
[edit]This article says the Court found the law discriminatory, but Sutherland_v_United_Kingdom clearly states that it was the Commission, which seems more likely for 1997. Also it should be made clearer that it was the Sutherland case note the Moris Case (which never got that far) that the Commission adjudicated upon. --rossb (talk) 09:14, 10 August 2013 (UTC)
