Great Photo Opportunity

[edit]

Feel free to upload a better picture. I've seen some great professional stuff out there, so if you've been to the parade and want to release one teeny tiny picture into the public domain......--Knulclunk 05:15, 31 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

2018 pictures

[edit]

Just uploaded some pictures from this year's parade. I got a pass to get into the staging area, so about 75% are from there (on the plus side, it's not in the direct, bright sun; on the down side the participants aren't yet in parade formation). Was going to add a couple to this page, but we're pretty overloaded with images as it is -- well, really, it's just a nonstandard display setting. I'll leave this link here in case there are people watching this page who would like to use any. If no response after a while (only other thread here is from 2007), I may do a bit of work to the page and reformat. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 01:33, 24 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Good idea. Whew, while enjoying myself at Wikipedia:Wikiproject Women Wikipedia Design/NYC May 2018 (Title gives wrong month), I worried that nobody might be taking care of serious business. Jim.henderson (talk) 02:58, 24 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Parade in 2023

[edit]

I have just found sources of the 41st Annual Mermaid Parade happening in Coney Island on June 17, 2023. I have the resources to support this, including the names of King Neptune and Queen Mermaid. Where can I find sources support this?HarukaAmaranth (talk) 02:15, 14 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
