I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Notability

I reckon, despite the absence of pages for them, that Nazgul's Eyrie Productions and Barbarian Wrath could probably pass notabiliyt guidelines, which in turn would mean that Countess would also pass (owing to multiple albums on both). Blackmetalbaz (talk) 14:52, 2 December 2008 (UTC)

Baz, they also have a long, long entry in Meelhuysen's Encyclopedia, a review in Terrorizer, and perhaps a couple of other things. I've removed the tag. Drmies (talk) 02:53, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
