Spur vs Alternate
[edit]The official NJDOT SLDIAG says its an Alternate route, not a Spur. I have edited the section accordingly. As the most common cause of differences between signage and documentation is error in the sign (not error in the documentation), unless anyone can cite something which says its been changed to Spur officially, the article should reflect the official documentation.Famartin (talk) 23:28, 30 October 2018 (UTC)
- As linked in the article, the Monmouth County road plan shows it as "Spur" and I'd trust the agency that actually maintains the road vs. the state agency that often has errors on the county roads. —Mr. Matté (Talk/Contrib) 02:23, 31 October 2018 (UTC)
- Fair enough. I'll add mention of this discrepancy then. Famartin (talk) 04:20, 31 October 2018 (UTC)
Notability
[edit]@Famartin: in your edit summary you say "removed notability notice - the 500-route series is essentially a state highway system, and all these roads are of significant length - hence, notable" but none of that has anything to do with notability... You need significant coverage in reliable sources, so you need to either present that or restore the tag. Horse Eye's Back (talk) 14:08, 3 April 2023 (UTC)
