"The party's machine (President, Executive, Council) tried to overthrow him, but thier attempts failed, and although they and the membership elected Brent Taylor as leader, Cameron was able to successfuly argue that leadership convention was illigal. After a conflict with the former leader of the party Arch Pafford, Cameron had Pafford expelled from the party, along with those in the party machine who had opposed him. When he stepped down as leader, he was replaced with a candidate that was widley seen as part of the "Anti-Cameron" camp."

These seems very POV to me. Is there a source for this? (A spell-check would be a good idea, too.) Ground Zero 13:52, 16 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
It does sound a bit POV but it a fairly accurate representation of the times. At some point, when I am in New Brunswick, I'll try and sit down and get some sources from newspapers of the era. - Jord 19:06, 3 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
