The header question and the question in the message are different. No, the BLP restriction does not still apply. But the addition would still come down to being based on a single statement he once supposedly made to a dubious blog. Especially since it is a dubious source that he explicitly and unequivocally contradicted in a more reliable source. While policy may no longer prohibit inclusion of this information, there would need to be consensus for inclusion and as of right now there is a very strong consensus against. If the OP wishes to post a new neutral RFC at this point, I think that it would be in-bounds to have the discussion again. ResultingConstant (talk) 15:21, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
