Please remove all links to Tesco as seen at the bottom of the Dobbies Garden Centres Listing Page as we are no longer owned by Tesco and are not associated with them in any way. We are now owned by Midlothian Capital - more info here if you need to verify this: http://midlothiancapitalpartners.com/
- The navigation box already lists Dobbies Garden Centres as one of Tesco's "former operations." Is that sufficient? The purpose of a Wikipedia article and associated navbox is not to report just a corporation's most recent events, but its entire history. The navbox has Dobbies Garden Centres as an entry to assist readers who are interested in the history of Tesco, and wish to easily go between articles related to Tesco. If you still have a strong objection against the presence of the navigation box, could you please elaborate? Altamel (talk) 16:17, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
Cost of food In restaurant
[edit]Spent over£6 on a cake and scone at Dobbies, Newcastle Airport today. The cake had been cu in thin slices unevenly. The lady behind me got a thick piece and mine at £3.95 was about 1 inch thick and a piece was missing at the front. The cheery scone was ‘find the cherry’. We should have complained but felt a bit embarrassed whilst in the queue. The only compensation was the free tea and coffee we paid for on our Dobbies membership. The cost of eating in the restaurant for many pensioners is becoming prohibitive. Overall a disappointing and expensive experience today. 154.47.86.58 (talk) 12:14, 1 March 2023 (UTC)
