[edit]I think the information in the Alexander Kent article should be combined into this article and the Kent article should become a redirect here. Comments? MK2 02:50, 21 December 2005 (UTC)

Is Douglas still alive??
[edit]In a item to the side of the Wikipedia entry on the google it says he was born in 1924 and died in 1908?? I think it is highly likely he has gone to the great desk in the sky as he served in WW2 and sadly those real heroes are leaving us. In the main entry he was born in 1924 at Thames Ditton (88), but I cannot see any indication if he is still alive. The Geologist (talk) 16:52, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
- According to his official website [[1]] he is alive and still actively writing. His most recent book was published in 2011. The 1908 date is obviously erroneous. Mediatech492 (talk) 17:27, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
