This article claims around 2.6 million registered users, but the population of Latvia is only 2,377,383 according to its article. Either every single man, woman and child in Latvia is a subscriber and then some, or the claim is false. I'll remove the claim if no-one can source it. The number is accurate, since the site is available in 6 languages there are users from at least 4 countries - Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary and Germany.
Besides the site itself claims to have 2 651 404 total members, which is probably no a lie (I have seen this number gradually grow from about 300 000 ever since I registered there back in 2005).
