Mirna
[edit]Should Mirna, Mirna also be added to the list? --Eleassar my talk 05:19, 7 July 2015 (UTC)
- According to the map in Enciklopedija Slovenije (12: 3), Mirna is in the territory of the Eastern Lower Carniolan subdialect. Toporišič (1992: 360) does not include it among the selected settlements in his list. Doremo (talk) 05:28, 7 July 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you. I've noticed that there are many places across a large part of the Lower Carniola listed, which I would by my personal experience say that they differ in the speech (e.g. Trebnje and Krmelj). --Eleassar my talk 07:22, 7 July 2015 (UTC)
- Trebnje and Krmelj are at the west and east limits (respectively) of the particular dialect territory, so one would expect the differences between them to be maximial within that dialect. Doremo (talk) 08:34, 7 July 2015 (UTC)
- Yes. There must be a continuum in the dialects, I guess. --Eleassar my talk 09:21, 7 July 2015 (UTC)
