[edit]This is a real dog's breakfast of an article, so full of POV crowing that most of the text seems to be, quite frankly, bullshit:
- ECBC’s science and technology expertise has protected the United States from the threat of chemical weapons since 1917 when President Woodrow Wilson issued a proclamation that designated Gunpowder Neck, Md., as the site for the first chemical shell filling plant in the United States.
- If I am following this right, this is telling me that President Wilson protected the US from chemical weapons by setting up a factory to make chemical shells on US soil.
- Core Competence
- Critical core capabilities
I guess unreadable and POV pushing gibberish is not confined to the private sector. This reads like somebody's afraid of a budget cut. - Smerdis of Tlön - killing the human spirit since 2003! 19:36, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
