This article reads more like a panegyric than an encyclopedic article. Any thoughts before labelling it? Thanks. Den... (talk) 09:32, 8 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

It's still not great, six years on. I made some copyedits recently and cut out some of the more florid text, but this was reverted as vandalism by an IP editor. I have asked that editor to explain why, but have not heard back so have reverted my changes. Apart from copyedits and cutting adjectives, the largest passages I cut were
stark contrast to international universities where such activities are punishable by law and grounds for dismissal. The reference given verifies the death of a student but does not support the claim that in universities abroad behaviour is treated differently.
who study at these international institutes as international students are also subjected to and thrive in this policy, including students from Kerala. International institutions focus on ensuring student comprehension through faculty responsibility and student success for better civic contribution. While students This is not needed as the point that universities abroad mark differently has been made.
the understanding of competitiveness in Kerala is largely borrowed from pre-independent era capitalist regimes. This perception is further fueled by Kerala's internal drive for casteism and classism from pre-colonial times. However, competitiveness in higher education should be focused on being competitive against other countries and achieving economic growth and development This also doesn't seem necessary to me in this already very long article.
Other editors, please let me know if you disagree with these changes. Tacyarg (talk) 13:16, 23 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
