The article is not promotional. It is purely factual as specified in the Wiki terms and conditions. Alongside the articles about other photographers and photojournalists it stands up. A person widely published in newspapers, magazines and TV for the last 20 years worldwide i would consider to be significant enough for inclusion based on the similar entries in the categories.
