• Way:
  • Hyphenated: Eight-fold way->Eight-fold Way / Eight-fold Way / Eight-Fold Way
  • Butted: Eightfold way->Eight-fold Way / Eightfold Way->Eight-fold Way
  • Non-compound: Eight fold way / Eight fold Way / Eight Fold Way / Eight Fold way
• Path:
  • Hyphenated: Eight-fold path->Noble Eightfold Path / Eight-fold Path / Eight-Fold Path
  • Butted: Eightfold path->Noble Eightfold Path / Eightfold Path->Noble Eightfold Path

That's good, since the non-compounds are on the far-fetched side, and pretty consistent. But i'm moving the Dab Eight-fold way to Eightfold way, since all three of the Dab'd articles use the butted compound.
