Aftermath

[edit]

Many thanks for this Nederlandse Leeuw (talk). I think we need to introduce an Aftermath section leading into the next phase the Twelve Years Truce. What do you think? Eastfarthingan (talk) 12:37, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Eastfarthingan: You're welcome! As for your suggestion, that depends on what kind of material you would like to have in it? I think material pertaining to the aftermath of the 1599–1609 phase can be readily included in the existing Eighty Years' War, 1599–1609#Fortress construction and Truce talks (1606–1609) section, the Twelve Years' Truce#Context section, or the Twelve Years' Truce#Conferences, wouldn't you agree? But I'm very much open to rethinking and restructuring the current division of information, so I'm curious what you think. Cheers, Nederlandse Leeuw (talk) 12:48, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I think it doesn't need to be too long or overcomplicated. Yes include info from 'Fortress construction and Truce talks' and it might be worth going into more detail with the Battle of Gibraltar (1607) within that section too. I'll start it off with the most important aspect and we can go on from there. Eastfarthingan (talk) 12:55, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, I look forward to what you come up with. Cheers, Nederlandse Leeuw (talk) 16:31, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
