Who wrote this article, anti-semitism in 2nd generation immigrants???? this is ridiculous, "the least talented German rapper", that guy almost won the ECHO!!! I will rewrite this article completely, this is not neutral at all, just biased. dvyxc Do not delete my article or I will delete yours.

I quoted media reports, hip-hop magazines and lots of other information. Just because you happen to be a fan of Eko Fresh, doesn't mean you can just go ahead and delete segments of an article.

Okay, I hate Eko Fresh, I hate Bushido, I hate Rap and Hip Hop in general. But I still want objective articles, so please, try to let the article with the GREAT NEUTRAL German article about Eko Fresh.

What is a "rebel-stunt"?

[edit]

Came accross the article by random...few problems, its a good start but needs rewriting - 'dissed' and 'pull of a "rebel-stunt"' aren't very clear (well..dissed is somewhat of a colloquialism and I cant even begin to imagine what a rebel-stunt is).

Thanks

Das Urteil

[edit]

Das Urteil is not an infamous song. It is very popular. Also isn't it 50 Cent who disses Eko in the intro. it's just a fake--217.227.200.20 21:05, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Bad article

[edit]

I think that this article is really bad. One should delete it —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 213.140.22.64 (talk) 19:24, 10 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Eko Fresh was not born in Cologne. That is not true. He was born and grew up in Mönchengladbach. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.109.215.171 (talk) 11:03, 26 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Lack of quality secondary sources

[edit]

This WP:BLP is based on primary and non WP:RS sources. Either we find better sources or it should be deleted. Widefox; talk 19:05, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The result of this discussion was to merge. There remain multiple issues with the combined article Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 15:28, 8 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

not enough sources for independent notability - merge with parent which also is lacking notability and has (BLP) sourcing issues Widefox; talk 19:09, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

There is no question of notability per Wikipedia's guidelines for pop/rock artists. Thirteen top forty singles in Germany and seven top forty albums (including a number one) easy qualifies (one would be sufficient!). In addition, the artist has charted (including top ten positions) in both Switzerland and Austria. There may well be a case for tagging that the article could be improved by translating from the corresponding article at German Wikipedia, but to tag with a "notability" tagging suggests the nominator isn't aware of the guidelines. The article certainly needs improvement, but that is a case for improvement and rewriting, not for deletion. The article's factual accuracy has been tagged, but there is nothing challenged in the article (simply a request for a citation, where one is already given). His birthplace is challenged on the talk page, and this could be easily resolved by referring to the citation given in the article, which confirms that the challenge is correct. Finally, while comments on a Youtube page MAY be an unreliable source, a Youtube video of a major television station's report is as valid a source as any newspaper report.
