[edit]I am not really sure why this page has been created there no such event as the Elliott 6m World Championship and the class isn't an ISAF Class and therefore formerly recognised. There is no class! There is an event called the ISAF Women's Match World Championship which for 2011 was conducted in the Elliott 6m. It was also conducted in New Zealand I believe in 2005 in the early pre production version of the Elliott 6m. This event does not need its own page and this page should be deleted. I would be interested in your thoughts. User:Yachty4000 21:50, 25 April 2012 (UTC)
- I created the article because I was misled by the presence of links in the Template:International Sailing Federation Events. The question is: must see if in 2013 the ISAF decided to organize a world championship for this class, then it will make sense to have an article. We do one thing: I cancel the article by creating a redirect page to the only edition of the world championship and you put in speedy deletion this Category:World Championships Recognised by the International Sailing Federation. It's Ok? --Kasper2006 (talk) 21:54, 25 April 2012 (UTC)
- There is no Class Association so it is unlikely to ever happen ISAF never arrange any Class World Championship with the exception of current Olympic equipment. User:Yachty4000 21:36, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
