The manga's actually licensed by Digital Manga Publishing, so how come no information besides the NA release event?

It is because the release event source is in the Japanese version and did not state the company name of the NA publisher. I am not in NA and does not own any NA versions, and in the rush of removing the old copyright violation version of this article, all the info I could find is what you see here.
