POV, not encyclopedic

Stadium? Not really

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I think the term "stadium" is rather misleading. Engelmann soccer field is bordered by a 10-15 row set of bleachers on the north side(see the picture on the main page), and a set of movable bleachers on the east, west and south end. 'Field' is quite an appropriate term if you ask me.

The Wikipedia page for Engelmann Field requires revision. Engelmann Field has been renamed to Laura Moynihan Field, a name that describes the space covered by the Polytan turf competition surface, and surrounded by a fence. The structures around Laura Moynihan Field, including sidewalks and viewing stands, are now referred to as Engelmann Stadium.

The correct phrase to describe the overall venue would be "Laura Moynihan Field at Engelmann Stadium." The revision will directly impact Facebook Places, which incorrectly cites the currently incorrect and unrevised Wikipedia page. Please make the revision promptly, to allow Facebook Places to also be improved to the correct place names.

Engelmann Stadium is correct. Laura Moynihan Field is correct. "Laura Moynihan Field at Engelmann Stadium" is correct. Engelmann Field is no longer correct.

Place names are cultural in nature, and do not necessarily meet an individual's need for a scientific description. Hills can be called mountains, and lakes can be called seas. Large public automobile garages can be called Parks, Plazas, even Squares, to suit the public's cultural perceptions.
