"Was" a Rwandan diplomat? Is he dead? If he's no longer a diplomat but still alive, it should just say "is a former Rwandan diplomat". As far as I can tell, he was simply fired (back in 2016). 108.34.206.74 (talk) 13:53, 2 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
