Is this school notable? The format of the article is outstanding for a new article, but I am concerned about notability. TableManners 06:41, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
- The school is notable for several reasons. First of all, it has been serving missionary kids in Spain for over 30 years[1]. Secondly, it is applying for accredidation with the Assoc. of Christian Schools International[2]. Furthermore, the school is unique in its operation; the school recruits missionaries to teach at the school on a voluntary basis. In other words, not a single teacher at the school is paid a salary by the school itself[3]. Thus, the school deserves attention because it has been around long enough to establish a reputation (soon to be confirmed through the accredidation process) and the school's operation stands apart from traditional schools (public or private). - I have added content that speaks to the unique operation and established reputation of ECA. JLaddJr 03:45, 7 August 2007 (ET)
- In the "Collaboration with Mission Agencies" section, I have cited some secondary sources (e.g. mission agencies) that speak about ECA (e.g. how it operates, how it meets the needs of missionary kids). JLaddJr 15:11, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
The title of this article needs to be changed from "Evangelical christian academy" to "Evangelical Christian Academy" (Last two words need capitalization). I have not yet been granted the privileges needed to make this change. JLaddJr 08:24, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
- This has been addressed. JLaddJr 19:07, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
- The article is looking good. TableManners 03:08, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
