Made this correction and added information. Also, I believe this article should be renamed "Federal Chief Information Officer of the United States" or just "Federal Chief Information Officer." "Federal" is definitely part of the title. Truprint (talk) 20:54, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proper title

Should the title be changed to "Chief Information Officer of the United States" (removing the "federal")? Although there is some discrepancy when used in articles (e.g.), it appears to be used that way in official publications.
