Title

Should this be title "Finnish State Treasury" or "State Treasury (Finland)" instead? The current title "Finland State Treasury" doesn't read quite right to me. Of the two suggestions, the latter appears to be more faithful to what the organization calls itself, but I can see also an argument for the first based on natural disambiguation.
