I think this article could be helped by some updated information. Like what is the Prescott neighborhood doing with the building? are there tours? What's the history inside? I also need to discover if the proposed remodel to the front of the building actually occurred. I don't know if this one will ever reach beyond a start at best though which is sad because it's a cool little building.
