proposed merge from Geosmithia putterillii to Foamy bark canker

I'm not an expert on the field, the Geosmithia putterillii article appears to suggest that it is, or is the cause of, the canker--does it make more sense for there to be a species article and a disease article, or would combined coverage be better.
