Google bombed

[edit]

Note that this article is being linked to by Google news on the morning of November 9, 2009. The story about China sending US$10 Billion to Africa was (at least briefly) showing up at the top of their new pages.

lead section : importance of the forum

[edit]

Hello, the introduction don't expose the importance of the forum. I tried twice to include :

Africa met here its 2nd trade partner, China. Strategically, it's a representation of the recent decades increase relation between African raw materials, Chinese industries, and world customers. This forum occurs only once every 3 years, and represent 2 billion people.

but user:Ghmyrtle delete the whole because of grammar mistake. Please, someone to correct my two grammar mistake, rather that simply delete the whole. An introduction which state that a forum did occur and how many times is not an introduction, it's a planning. Yug (talk) 19:12, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There were two problems with your version. Firstly, it was difficult to understand, as clearly English is not your first language. Secondly, the parts which were understandable were not appropriate for the introduction, in my view. The current wording is much better. Ghmyrtle (talk) 23:27, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Traditional Chinese

[edit]

Why is the title translated to Traditional Chinese in addition to Simplified? The People's Republic of China only uses Simplified Chinese. Ssahsahnatye (talk) 21:38, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see the problem. 140.120.55.73 (talk) 07:01, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
