No consensus to move. bd2412 T 19:34, 28 January 2014 (UTC)
Franco-Vietnamese Hospital → FV Hospital – We officially changed to FV Hospital few years ago. Franco-Vietnamese was an initial name but we decided naming it as FV Hospital. Relisted Armbrust The Homunculus 02:52, 2 January 2014 (UTC) Nbuu07 (talk) 07:50, 16 December 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose - Still too soon to call it "FV Hospital". Per WP:COMMONNAME, an article title doesn't have to be an official title. If you use Google, "FV Hospital" would result in other hospitals. --George Ho (talk) 03:58, 19 December 2013 (UTC)
- Support. No evidence given against the move and the official page supports it. I am not sure why reliable sources would follow the old, longer title, and look! They don't. Nor do they use the shorter title. So I support the more concise option as per our naming criteria and go with the official name since there is no common name. Red Slash 00:41, 9 January 2014 (UTC)
- Comment. This should be decided based on whether "FV" or "Franco-Vietnamese" is more common in English sources. It looks to me like "FV" might actually be more common, but someone needs to make that case properly, or else the status quo wins by default. Formerip (talk) 18:42, 11 January 2014 (UTC)
