Diegetic lives and replays

[edit]

I think the article should talk about how the typical video game concept of extra lives and starting over is handled in-universe, i.e. diegetically. That's mentioned a lot in the commentary of the cutscenes on the DVD. --TMC1221 (talk) 03:35, 2 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The same thing has been written twice

[edit]

you guys wrote "The cutscenes of the game are presented as an entire episode of Futurama on the DVD of The Beast with a Billion Backs." in the opening, and you did that again in the receptions section. We know already. Saying it once is enough!!

It is mentioned in the lead and also in the text. The lead is supposed to summarize what is written in the main body of the article so by default some items will be mentioned twice. It is also important to leave it in the body text because that is where it is cited to a reliable source. If you think it could be rewritten to be less repetitive then have a go at it but I don't think completely deleting it, as was done a little bit ago, is the best method. Gamecube in Europe?

[edit]

I'm pretty sure this never came out /anywhere/, despite the claim by that article. No traces of the game can be found on european stores, and there is no .iso anywhere to be seen on the internet or scene logs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.228.184.70 (talk) 15:58, 12 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • (different user) I think that years ago a friend of mine named Joshua had the game on GameCube he didn't have any other system and it was a small disk put into the gamecube and we used a grey controller. I live in Australia and maybe it isn't in Europe but actually here in Aus — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.181.237.99 (talk) 21:42, 4 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
