Page update

Hi all, sorry for not getting this into the Talk page earlier; I had not intended to do as much work on the article - it just grew. Basically, nothing that was in there has been deleted, but some has been moved or expanded. For example, the section on Research was pretty threadbare so I got links to some of the publications and attached them to the research topics. I thought the section on Teaching was important and his connection to NZART showed his interest in the subject but also resulted in another award. I might spend some time getting links to the remaining publications and put a sentence or two next to each one. Finding information about his early life, education and career pathway is a challenge. I think the lede needs redoing to reflect the new structure. Please feel free to offer feedback or suggestions here, or make explained changes directly on the page.
