NOT a copyright violation
[edit]- This page is NOT a copyright violation of the book titled Semiconductor Manufacturing In No Particular Order. The section on Gas Immersion Laser Doping on that book is a complete rip off the original Gas Immersion Laser Doping page. The book even credits Wikipedia in its "Article Sources and Contributors" section. --Pavithran (talk) 18:13, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
- The entire book is just a collection of Wikipedia articles. I fear that other well written Wikipedia articles may become victims of the same unattentive and overeager Wikipedia editors. Please verify before deleting things on Wikipedia. For reference, the offending book is located at http://studylib.net/doc/8219501/semiconductor-manufacturing---in-no-particular-order --Pavithran (talk) 18:42, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
