This is to record the circumstances of the correct name of this company, as confirmed in the London Gazette for 5 October 1934, reporting its voluntary winding-up, alongside General Aircraft Limited. I had previously found that the majority of published sources, many supposedly reliable and reputable, refer to the firm as the Monospar Wing Co Ltd.
