Pronounciation
[edit]It would be great if a knowledgable person could add the Pronounciation to this and the other polyhedra...
- The names break into parts, related to the names of the Platonic solids (the five most basic uniform polyhedra, with the Kepler-Poinsots not far behind). For example, this is pronounced "great cube-i-cube-octahedron". In IPA, I'd suggest something like /ɡreɪt kjuːbᵻkjuːˈbɒktəhiːdrən/. Double sharp (talk) 12:40, 28 December 2015 (UTC)
"great" is not a suffix
[edit]it is an adjective.--142.163.194.153 (talk) 20:50, 28 November 2020 (UTC)
