"Traditional Cherokee" song

[edit]

The recording of Christina Chalmers singing in Cherokee at the beginning of the song "Undertaker" has been referred to by the Casady sisters as a traditional "Cherokee folk song". The words seem to have been taken from a "Cherokee" version of Amazing Grace from Walela's self-titled 1997 album. It isn't clear that this is actually a traditional Cherokee folk song.
