Fair use rationale for Image:Hakoah versus Adelaide.jpg
[edit]Image:Hakoah versus Adelaide.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Sydney City Soccer Club → Hakoah Sydney – Being that this club has existed before the NSL as Hakoah Sydney and continues to operate as Hakoah Sydney, it doesn't make sense for it to be called Sydney City SC when most of its history and it is better known nationally and internationally as Hakoah Sydney.relisted--Mike Cline (talk) 16:03, 13 February 2012 (UTC) NYC2TLV (talk) 16:10, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
- Relisting comment despite the fact that no editor has opposed or supported this move, commonname should be invoked and evaluated here. A quick google search "Sydney City Soccer Club" versus "Hakoah Sydney" is 15:1 in favor of Sydney City. --Mike Cline (talk) 16:03, 13 February 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose: The club has withdrawn from the NSL in 1987, and was most successful in the early 1980s, when it was still called Sydney City Soccer Club. --RJFF (talk) 23:28, 19 February 2012 (UTC)

Name of the Club
[edit]The club at this stage is doubtlessly named "Hakoah Club". The name of the club was never "Sydney City Soccer Cub" (actually not really, rather just "Sydney City"), "Eastern Suburbs Hakoah", or whatever. These where only ever names under which the club fielded teams for association football competitions. The article should therefore be moved to Hakoah Club or Hakoah Club (Sydney). We afterwards can have longwinded discussions about what the contemporary club actually constitutes, etc. Oalexander-En (talk) 08:53, 14 April 2012 (UTC)
