Reason for disagreeing with the nomination for deletion
[edit]In December 2009, the Liberhan report was discussed threadbare in the Indian parliament over a period of 4 days. One of the major reasons for the criticism of the report was the allegation that the report had been ghostwritten by the Commission's Counsel, Harpreet Singh Giani.
Giani is therefore a very relevant person as far as the current debate on the Liberhan Report, Ram Janamabhumi etc. is concerned. I think that for this reason, this page ought not to be deleted.
Giani is also a very vocal critic of the Indian judicial system and publishes hard hitting editorial pieces in The Tribune which is one of the most prominent Indian daily newspapers. GunjeetKaur (talk) 17:25, 16 October 2010 (UTC)
