[edit]It looks like the person who wrote most of this article also posted it at her employer's website, without attribution. This consequently might appear, at first glance, to indicate a copyright violation, although I don't believe that it is. WhatamIdoing (talk) 19:53, 27 April 2010 (UTC)
Removal of October 2014 merge tags
[edit]It appears that someone tagged Patient advocacy and this page for merger without creating a discussion. As no one else has created such a discussion in the last 3-4 months, I'm removing the the merger tag templates from both pages as described in the last bullet item of the "General advice" found here. —Shelley V. October 2017 partial split proposal
[edit]This article combines information about advocacy related to health policy with information about advocacy for individual patients without clearly or consistently distinguishing between the two. To reduce confusion and avoid redundancy, I propose splitting content about advocacy for individual patients from this article and merging it into Patient advocacy.
For discussion, see Talk:Patient advocacy § October 2017 partial merge proposal. —Shelley V. Adams ‹blame

- This article seems to have changed since October 2017, and also there clearly hasn't been consensus for further splitting. I've had a read of the article and think it is fairly ok at the moment, so I've boldly removed the split tag. --Tom (LT) (talk) 07:28, 7 May 2020 (UTC)
