needs expansion
[edit]the article obviously needs a much fuller coverage of the social, economic, political, and cultural history of Nebraska and the Nebraskans since statehood. I will try to add some sections with citations. Rjensen (talk) 21:30, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
- I have never given much thought to concentrating on this article. I will follow your lead Rjensen. • Freechild'sup? 22:13, 7 September 2010 (UTC)

The report on hispanic labor needs to be updated from 2003. The labor market has been adversely affected as of 2009-2011. There is a dispute between documented and undocumented imigrant numbers involved. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.19.44.20 (talk) 21:54, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
This article focusses on post european-conquest history only, totally ignoring even the violent struggle between colonists and natives. It is thus obscuring large portions (millennia) of the territory's actual history. Until this is fixed, the article should be considered incomplete and perfunctory.
